We are passionate about showcasing the culture, cuisine, and country of Laos, so that it is no longer 'forgotten'. Mom Seuam taught her children the art and enjoyment of the Lao cuisine. And although she has passed on, her presence and love live on through her children (our chefs) and the authentic Lao cuisine we make for you! (Btw, the guy on the left is our COO. He wasn't born in Laos, but his heart is Lao. :-) )

We have a commitment to always use the most fresh and authentic ingredients in the making of our cuisine. Many of our ingredients are Asian-based ingredients and are sourced from local Asian grocery stores within the Chicagoland area.
