FLAT RATE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: Choose your delivery date after meals are added to your cart. Order by 3PM CT and your order ships the same business day to you. Flat Rate Shipping ranges from $13.95 to $21.95.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Orders ship to all 50 states. Depending on your location, orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for Saturday Delivery.
12 - MILE LOCAL DELIVERY: Choose your delivery date and time after meals are added to your cart. Order by 3PM CT to get same day local delivery. Delivery is fulfilled by Door Dash for a flat rate of $6.99, with 100% of tips going to your Door Dash driver. Please tip if you can to ensure your order is picked up.

Pick Up from The Hatchery: Choose your pickup date and time after meals are added to your cart. Order by 3PM CT to get same day pickup. You can pick up your meals from The Hatchery (135 N. Kedzie Avenue). When you arrive, please call or text 872-250-5267 and we will meet you at Door 4 in the Parking Lot.

ORDER PROCESSING:
· For shipping, local delivery, and pickup, the cutoff time for same-day shipping, local delivery, and pickup is 3PM CT, Monday through Friday.
· For shipping, the cutoff time for your order to be picked up by FedEx the same day is 3PM CT. Once FedEx picks up your order, the next business day counts as day 1 of the transit time.
· Expect an email confirmation to let you know that FedEx or DoorDash has picked up your order and that it is on its way. Expect an email confirmation to let you know when your pickup order is ready for you.

· Orders can be picked up daily, Monday through Friday 12PM to 6:45PM
LOCAL DELIVERY
· For delivery, the cutoff time for same-day pickup and delivery is 3PM CT, Monday through Friday for items that are in-stock.
· Door Dash delivery service will pick your order up from our commercial kitchen and delivery it to your residential or business address. The cost is $6.99 per delivery.
· Please note 100% of tips go directly to the driver. If a tip is not left for the driver, they may not deliver your order.
· When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive notification with real-time tracking information.
Shipping Damage:
· In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@laostoyourhouse.com with your order number and a photo(s) of the item’s condition and we will work to make it right!
