Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods; therefore, we do request that you not return your order if it contains a perishable item(s).

Exchanges
If you have received an item in error, please notify us immediately so that we can help to make your experience right! If the item is perishable, we request that you not try to return the item.

Refunds
If you have any concerns or questions with your order, please contact us so we can help to make your experience right!  If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at welcome@laostoyourhouse.com.
