Laap, or Larb as it is also called, is the national dish of Laos! Laap Gai (or Larb Gai) is a delicious, minced chicken salad mixed with a melody of toasted sticky rice powder, padaek (fermented fish sauce), dried red chilis, fresh herbs, and freshly squeezed lime. Enjoy this healthy dish with lettuce wraps for some extra crunch or rice.

Gluten-Free: We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen; however, no gluten or gluten containing sauces were added to this item. There are other items produced in our food production space that may contain gluten (i.e. wheat, etc.).
Ingredients: chicken, toasted sticky rice powder, green onion, cilantro, mint, chicken gizzard, padaek (fermented fish sauce), fish sauce, dried red chili, chicken powder, monosodium glutamate, and water.
Reheating Instructions:
Microwave (Please note that the recommended reheating time is for a 1000-watt microwave. Reheating time may vary depending on the model and power of microwave.):

Frozen: Open up corner of film to remove lime wedge. Puncture film in two spots (one in rice compartment and one in Laap Gai compartment) to allow ventilation and steam. Microwave for 3:30 minutes. Remove film and stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Taste and squeeze extra lime if desired. Enjoy with lettuce wraps for extra crunch!

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Frozen: Remove film on laap gai compartment and put laap in oven-safe dish. Warm for 16-17 minutes, stirring the laap gai midpoint to distribute heat. Microwave jasmine rice for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Taste and squeeze extra lime if desired. Enjoy with lettuce wraps for extra crunch!
