Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Frozen: Remove film on tray and lime wedge. Put Nam Khao tray in oven for 15-18 minutes (depending on level of crispness you want), stirring the Nam Khao midpoint to distribute heat. Taste and squeeze extra lime if desired. Eat with lettuce wraps for extra crunch!
