After the small batches are loaded onto compostable meal trays, these trays are then loaded into a commercial freezer for 24 hours to lock-in all that flavor! "Fridge-in-a-Box" Delivery!

We went through painstaking detail and testing to find the right balance to both protect your meal experience as it travels to you and to minimize the impact on the enviroment.

Each Lao Ready Made Meal Experience is packed in a reusable heat-shielding satchel to minimize cold-loss.

We then place eco-friendly gel packs within this satchel and seal it; upon thawing, these gel packs can actually be used as plant food!

Next, the satchel is placed within a green-foam box and sealed. It is biodegradable and compostable packaging that protects your meal experience during shipping; it actually dissolves in water!
